Q - How do I know when our team is scheduled to have their photos taken?

A - You can look on our website JessenAssociates.com (Your Photo Day Schedule) and your team mom will be sent an email with the information.

Q - When do we need to arrive for our photos?

            A - You need to check in no later than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled photo time.

Q - What should my child bring with them?

            A - Your child should have their complete uniform and completed order form & payment.

Q - When will we get our photos from photo day?

A - Your photo orders will usually be delivered within three weeks. Photos are usually distributed at our customer service tent on a game day or practice.

Q - What if we have a player that misses photo day but wants photos?

A - We will have one retake day to be announced.

Q - What if we do not order on photo day but want to order after photo day?

A - All photos will be online for convenient ordering. The online price is a bit higher and there is a shipping charge, as well.

Q - Will Jessen Associates photograph game action?

A - We will attempt to photograph game action for every team at least once during your season. We will communicate this schedule to you in advance when we can.

Q - How will I see our action photos online?

            A - All your photos will be posted online and there are several ways you can view them.

1a.       Go to our website, JessenAssociates.com, and click on the "My Event Photos" button. Then find your event and date.

2a.       You will be able to link to our site from your league's website.

3a.       Your team manager and coach will get an email with a link to forward you to your photos.

Q - When will action shots be online?

            A - We attempt to post all photos online within one week. This may vary.

Q - Are the products online the same as photo day?

            A - Some are, but there are a few packages that are unique to the website.

Q - Is the pricing the same online as photo day?

            A - You will get advantage pricing on photo day so that is a great place to get started.

Q - What if one of our parents wants additional photos after photo day?

            A - Parents can always order additional photos online.

Q - What if a parent has a question about their order?

A - They will email questions to info@JessenAssoicates.com – we will respond within two business days, but usually sooner.
